What is coaching?

Coaching is a conversation between you and me, where I support you in achieving your goals, visions and dreams.  

 

You can view a coaching session as a positive, structured conversation designed specifically to help you formulate what you really want, what kind of obstacles you face getting it and how to overcome those obstacles using whatever resources and strengths you have at this moment in time.

 

Coaching is fully focused on taking you from where you are right now to living the life you really want. We don’t look into the past. We don’t judge. We draw a line in the sand, look forward and take it from there. As a personal performance coach my only objective is to help you be happy and fulfilled!

There are many different styles of coaching. Common all types of coaching is that it can be seen as a style of communication where the coach helps you help yourself

Coaching is a non-judgmental, confidential conversation that gives you a safe space to explore any topic you want. In a coaching conversation the sole focus is on helping you gain new understanding and come up with realistic solutions and actions that will move you forward
